Nashville Area HIV Services

If you are living with HIV and live in an NTGA county, you may be eligible for services through Ryan White Part A funding. Those who are uninsured or underinsured and live in Cannon, Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Hickman, Macon, Robertson, Rutherford, Smith, Sumner, Trousdale, Williamson, or Wilson County may be eligible for the following services:

  • Early Intervention
  • Emergency Financial Assistance
  • Food Bank/Home Assisted Meals
  • HIV Medical Care
  • HIV/AIDS Medication
  • Medical Case Management
  • Medical Transportation
  • Mental Health
  • Peer Support Services
  • Substance Abuse Treatment
  • Rental Assistance (short-term)
 
 

EARLY INTERVENTION SERVICES

Support services for persons who are newly diagnosed or who have dropped out of necessary medical care.

EMERGENCY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Provides short-term assistance in paying utility bills.

 

FOOD BANK OR HOME ASSISTED MEALS

Provides food, prepared meals, or food vouchers for those in need.

HIV MEDICAL CARE

Provides outpatient medical care, diagnostic and laboratory tests related to HIV/AIDS.

 

HIV/AIDS MEDICATIONS & DENTAL

Contact your HIV service provider for information on how to obtain HIV / AIDS medications including how to access Patient Assistance Programs and Dental care.

MEDICAL CASE MANAGEMENT

Services to coordinate and follow through on outpatient HIV/AIDS medical care and assistance in obtaining needed services.

 

TRANSPORTATION

Provides transportation to HIV medical appointments. Ask your HIV provider or case manager for assistance.

 

MENTAL HEALTH

Provides individual and/or group outpatient mental health treatment services.

SUBSTANCE ABUSE

Provides individual and/or group outpatient substance abuse treatment services.

 

PEER SUPPORT SERVICES

Contact any Part A provider for information on how you can talk with someone else living with HIV.

RENTAL ASSISTANCE (SHORT-TERM)

Contact your HIV provider or case manager for information on how to obtain services

 

TRANSLATION SERVICES

Language translation services to improve access to HIV medical care and services. Ask your HIV provider or case manager for assistance.
